Your information, handled carefully
The room-note tool works locally. Contacting us by email is a separate choice.
Who is responsible
Feedcometbazar Ltd is responsible for personal information handled in connection with this website and correspondence. Our registered office is 24 Alder Lane, Bristol BS1 4PX, United Kingdom; Company No. 14827635. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
What the website processes
The room-note tool reads the room description, concern and message you enter to construct a preview within your browser. The supplied tool does not submit entries to a server or write them to cookies or localStorage. Browser form-restoration features may retain entries according to your own browser settings.
Copying puts text on your device's clipboard. Downloading creates a file on your device. You control any later sharing and should consider shared-device access, clipboard history and downloaded-file storage.
Loading a website necessarily exposes technical information, including an IP address and requested resources, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting or security logs may contain timestamps, browser information and request details for operation, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention. The supplied pages contain no analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts or third-party image requests.
If you email us
We receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate corrections, manage requests and protect correspondence against abuse. Please send only what is necessary and avoid private recordings or sensitive personal details.
Lawful basis and recipients
Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable informational website and responding to correspondence, and on legal obligations where retention or disclosure is required. Any optional processing requiring consent must be based on that consent. Hosting and email providers may process information to supply their services; information may also be disclosed where lawfully required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and international handling
Correspondence is kept only while needed to answer the enquiry, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Technical records should be retained only for operational and security needs. Actual retention can depend on the nature of a request and applicable provider arrangements. Ask us for information about records relating to you.
If a service provider handles personal information outside the United Kingdom, applicable transfer safeguards are required where relevant data-protection law demands them.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity verification to handle a request.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You can also contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
